Shipping policy

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES 
Standard delivery typically takes 4–10 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. 
Orders placed by 1 pm GMT+2 on business days will be processed the same day. 

Depending on order volume, product availability and ongoing promotions, certain orders may take longer to fulfil. 
A delivery note will be sent to the customer via e-mail and serves as delivery confirmation once the courier service will confirm delivery of goods.  

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & COST 
We currently ship orders within Europe only, specifically to the following countries: 
Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom, Vatican City. 

Available delivery countries are always shown at checkout. We do not ship to any countries outside this list. We do not ship to Norway or Switzerland. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes. 

Shipping fees vary by country, by selected courier / delivery method, and by the contents and size/weight of your order. For this reason, we cannot display a fixed shipping fee in advance for all orders. 

The exact shipping cost is calculated automatically at the final step of checkout, once you have: 
• entered your delivery address; and 
• selected your preferred delivery method. 

Before you submit your order, the final shipping cost is always shown clearly in your order summary on the checkout page, together with the total price of your order including all applicable taxes and charges.
