PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Standard delivery typically takes 4–10 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Orders placed by 1 pm GMT+2 on business days will be processed the same day.
Depending on order volume, product availability and ongoing promotions, certain orders may take longer to fulfil.
A delivery note will be sent to the customer via e-mail and serves as delivery confirmation once the courier service will confirm delivery of goods.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship within Europe only, according to the territories and service providers listed below. Delivery countries available for your order are always shown at checkout. We do not ship outside the listed territories. Delivery to PO boxes is not available.

SHIPPING COST
Shipping fees are calculated based on the quantity of items in your order. The exact shipping cost is shown at the final step of checkout once you have entered your delivery address and selected your preferred delivery method. The final shipping cost always appears clearly in the order summary before you submit your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Once payment has been completed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
TAXES AND OTHER DUTIES
There can be additional duties and taxes applied upon receipt of your shipment. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient. MADARA is not required to inform customers of such additional costs and is not required to refund such costs to the customer.
RETURN OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods. No returns for correctly delivered, non-defective products.
Returns are accepted only if:
• More products are delivered than ordered and invoiced.
• Products are damaged during delivery.
• Products have manufacturing defects (damaged or faulty items).
• Products are subject to product withdrawal or recall.
Products must be reported and returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be securely packaged for return transport.
